As residents of Kelowna we take pride in providing professional moving services at the best rates to our customers and fellow residents of the Okanagan. You get a top-rated moving service at the best rates to help whatever you're moving go as smoothly as possible. We charge an hourly rate for all local moves in Kelowna. The basic rates include labour, moving truck up to 26' in length and professional moving equipment, including blankets. 

1 mover & truck - $108/hr*

2 movers & truck - $148/hr*

3 movers & truck - $198/hr*

4 movers & truck - $248/hr*

1 mover only - $88/hr*

2 movers only - $138/hr*

*Pricing may vary based on demand, season and logistics of each individual move. A travel fee will be added for all moves ranging from .5 to1.0 hour for moves within Kelowna city limits and accordingly based on estimated time travel.

Based on the size and scope of the job required we will recommend what size of crew with your best interests in mind. Any job with items like couches, beds or heavy furniture will require at least 2 men. A fuel charge will be required depending on your location and will range from a $78 to $128 depending on where you are located in the Kelowna area. 

All rates are stated up front so there are no surprises. Our no-hassle and no surprises pricing means you don't have to worry about costly add-ons that other companies charge.

We will provide up-front pricing for the job required based on information you provide us based on location, size of the move and the items being moved. An appropriate crew size and equipment will be planned so please be as specific as possible when providing information. We try to call all customers 24 to 48 before or the day of the move to make sure that everything is in place. 

Once we arrive at your home or office we will go over the moving plan with you so we know everything and you have an idea of the process. It's a time when we go over heavy, large or fragile items. Other than that you don't have to do a thing except relax and let us do the work. When we arrive at the destination we will ask you if you want items placed in specific rooms. We recommend being vigilant in communicating with our movers so you get everything where you want it. If the boxes are labelled that makes it a lot easier for us and you. 

We accept cash, eTransfer and credit card (3% processing fee) as payment once the move is complete, and you are completely satisfied. If you have any follow up questions we will gladly answer them or you can contact us.
